At Energizer Connect, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart home purchase; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the smart home devices you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and securely attach it to your return package.
Package and Ship
Place the items in their original Energizer Connect box and drop the package off at any authorized shipping location or carrier hub.
Receive Refund
After our technical team inspects the returned hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
